4. Pricing and Transactions

• All prices displayed on our platform are indicative and subject to change without prior notice
• Final transaction prices are confirmed at the time of trade execution
• Premiums and spreads may vary based on market conditions, product type, and transaction size
• All transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed or cancelled
• Payment must be received before ownership transfer for purchases
• Physical metals must be verified before payment is released for sales

5. Custody and Storage

Precious metals purchased through LWorld may be stored in secure vault facilities provided by our custody partners. Key terms include:

• Client assets are fully segregated from company assets
• All holdings are fully insured against theft, damage, and loss
• Regular independent audits verify holdings
• Storage fees may apply and will be disclosed at the time of transaction
• Physical delivery may be requested subject to terms and delivery charges

6. Risk Disclosure

• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose
